How does the Omaha Lawyer Referral Service work?

You may call the Omaha Lawyer Referral Service at 402-280-3603 or you may submit the request a lawyer form on this website. Callers for legal service often don’t know where to turn or who to call. This is where the LRS can help you!

The LRS staff will discuss the nature of your referral request. Our friendly and experienced staff can assist you in helping to determine if you will need to meet with a lawyer. Referrals are made in the area of law in which you may need assistance. The LRS will schedule an appointment for a thirty-minute consultation. Appointments are scheduled for Monday – Friday and you usually will meet with an attorney within 48 hours of your request. When possible, your geographic location will also be considered.

Referrals are made between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Once the appointment is made, the LRS will confirm with you the date, time, the attorney’s name, and his/her office location.
