LRS Costs

There is never a charge by the Omaha LRS for a referral.

The LRS lawyers have agreed to charge a reasonable fee of $40.00 for an initial thirty-minute consultation, except for such cases involving personal injury, worker’s compensation, and Social Security Disability, for which no consultation fee is charged.

There is no guarantee by the LRS in Omaha, NE that the attorney referred will take your case, and there is no obligation on your part to hire the attorney. If the LRS lawyer agrees to represent you, the lawyer will charge you for his/her services at his/her normal and customary rates. All fees are paid directly to the attorneys.
